The Story So Far
Founded 20 years ago, Tom Dixon is a luxury design brand that specialises in furniture, lighting and accessories. They approached us in 2015, as the incumbent were struggling to meet their demands and deliver the scale or range of services they needed.
Once onboarded and folllowing early site optimisation work for SEO and website visitors, it was identified that their online B2B offering was really lacking, and we looked to move this onto Magento - using as much native B2B functionality as possible, in line with their B2C site.
Following Discovery and Scoping we quickly saw that the current integration with the ERP system wasn't up to scratch for neither B2C nor their new B2B offering. So, working with their Microsoft Navision partner, we scoped out a whole new ERP integration that would work for all areas of the business.
While delivering this integration project, we also delivered a number of country sites for B2B.
This integration covers everything from currencies and languages to customer pricing, customer attributes and company registration.
We rapidly scaled the team for Tom Dixon to take on more and more demands from various stakeholders in their business - from integrations to creative, digital marketing, as well as multiple parallel development streams.
