The Conran Shop

We have been helping The Conran Shop deliver style and seamless shopping experiences online since 2015. Seven years on, our partnership continues to run like a well oiled machine.

After five years of successfully delivering an ambitious digital roadmap, in 2020 we were tasked with moving The Conran Shop over to Magento 2 and leading a complete site redesign.

The migration to Magento 2 allowed us to optimise the front-end of their website to improve usability (particularly on mobile) and the end-to-end customer experience. We also improved and streamlined the management of the site, taking product management away from Magento and introducing Akeneo PIM through a roadmap of consultancy, process review, delivery and training.

Aesthetically, we delivered a design that felt like a natural evolution of their current site, consistent but more contemporary.

Since the new site launched, we’ve delivered a number of projects ranging from switching their search provider and making constant SEO improvements to bringing in new third-party integrations like Movable Ink, Wunderkind and Optimise Me ... and more importantly, introducing a much more efficient, modern ERP system (NetSuite) which not only has a huge impact on their internal workflow but also allows The Conran Shop to greatly enhance the customer experience - from order processing, customer service, deliveries and more.
