The Unified client referral programme

Do you know someone who might be interested in our services, facing challenges with their current agency, or considering their future ecommerce platform? We're excited to introduce a new client referral programme to show our appreciation for clients who recommend our services to others.

For every qualifying introduction

A £200 voucher of your choice, or gifted to a nominated charity

5 hours automatically credited to your SLA or timebank

+

For any new Unified client as a result of your referral

A further 5% of the work referred once it’s paid (e.g. £5,000 for a typical project, or £1,000 for a retainer)

How the referral scheme works

Step 1

Submit a referral

Step 2

To say thank you, your rewards are issued

Step 3

Referee receives bespoke consultation and a free site audit from Unified

Step 4

If a referee becomes a Unified client, an additional thank you reward is issued

Our mission is to be the most loved ecommerce agency by 2030!

We are incredibly grateful for the fantastic clients we already have and the amazing work we do together. This year, we've launched exciting webinars, hosted new events, delivered 4 platform migrations, and submitted and won awards with our clients. While we’re not perfect, we're proud to receive above average NPS results and have many long-standing relationships – some even 10+ years. We hope that our clients feel confident in recommending us to others, knowing that we'll continue delivering on our mission.

The fine print

  • We ask the introduction is made by the client (you) following submitting the form to count as a referral, ideally to a decision maker – a simple ‘Hey, chat to Unified’ with one of us on CC

  • Every qualifying introduction counts as a referral, there’s no cap to this new initiative - we just ask for each referral to be a new company

  • The referred client is seeking or considering relevant ecommerce services or consultancy

  • The referred client is an appropriate size business – e.g. no new start-ups please, £5m+ online turnover is a good gauge
